Shanghai Electric Power chairman Lin Hua resigns

Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. (SSE:600021) announced the resignation of its Chairman, Lin Hua, effective May 22, 2025. According to the company's announcement, the resignation is due to a job transfer. Lin Hua also relinquishes his roles as a director and member of relevant specialized committees of the board. The company stated that the resignation does not affect the normal operation of the company, and that they will begin the process to elect a new chairman. Shanghai Electric Power thanked Lin Hua for his contributions during his tenure.
