Lukang Pharmaceutical receives additional land compensation

Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical (SSE:600789) announced it has received an additional land compensation payment of CNY 3,227,700 on May 22, 2025, related to the government's acquisition of land at its South Plant. This follows an initial payment of CNY 2,000,000 received earlier, bringing the total received to CNY 5,227,700. The land acquisition, approved in 2022, involves 237,100 square meters of land. The company is still awaiting the remaining balance of CNY 30,811,900. Lukang Pharmaceutical stated it will continue to monitor the progress of the compensation and related matters, fulfilling its disclosure obligations and alerting investors to associated risks.
