Gansu Yasheng approves 2024 results, appoints new executives

Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group (SSE:600108) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, alongside the appointment of two new Deputy General Managers, effective immediately. Shareholders approved all agenda items, including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee reports, financial statements, profit distribution plan, and a plan to continue engaging their current accounting firm. Additionally, the company approved a CNY 5,472,301 budget for projected daily related transactions in 2025. The company's articles of association were also amended. In a separate announcement, the company disclosed the appointment of Mr. Ma Weidong and Mr. Wang Tianxiong as Deputy General Managers. Ma previously served as General Manager Assistant, Head of Development Planning, and Manager of the Zhangye branch. Wang previously served as General Manager of Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Western Cement and Party Secretary of Gansu Reclamation Drug Alkali Plant.
