Cosco Shipping Development announces share repurchase

COSCO SHIPPING Development (02866.HK) announced that on May 22, 2025, it repurchased 2,843,000 of its own shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at a price of HKD 0.9788 per share with the highest price being HKD 0.97 and lowest price at HKD 0.97. The total consideration paid for the repurchase was HKD 2,782,710. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares. So far, the company has repurchased 184,313,000 shares, representing 5.01396% of the company's share capital since the approval of the repurchase mandate on June 28, 2024.
