China Everbright Bank HK branch to list USD notes

China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. announced that its Hong Kong branch (the "Issuer") will list USD 600,000,000 in floating rate notes due in 2028 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). These notes will be issued under the bank's USD 6,000,000,000 medium-term note program. Trading is expected to commence on May 23, 2025, contingent upon approval from the HKEX. The notes, with issue code 5575, are offered to professional investors only, as defined under Chapter 37 of the HKEX listing rules. The joint global coordinators, bookrunners, and lead managers include China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, China Bank, Citigroup, Bank of Communications, Agricultural Bank of China Hong Kong Branch, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia).
