China Construction approves 2024 reports, budget at AGM

China State Construction Engineering Corp (SSE:601668) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 annual general meeting, including the approval of the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board reports, financial statements, and profit distribution plan. Shareholders holding 25,175,311,972 shares, representing 60.9270% of the company's total voting shares, attended the meeting held in Beijing. A key resolution was the approval of the 2025 budget and guarantee quota. The company also announced the reappointment of its financial and internal control auditors for 2025. All resolutions were approved by over 95% of the votes cast.
