Shoukai shares to hold 2024 & Q1 2025 performance briefing

Beijing Capital Development ("Shoukai Shares") announced it will hold an online investor briefing on May 29, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00 to discuss its 2024 annual results and first-quarter 2025 performance. The company released its 2024 annual report on April 23, 2025, and its Q1 2025 report on April 30, 2025. Separately, Shoukai Shares announced the resignation of board member Jiang Xiangyu, effective May 20, 2025, due to personal reasons. The company confirmed that Jiang Xiangyu's departure does not reduce the board below the minimum legal requirement and will not affect the operations of the board or the company.
