Chongqing Sanfeng: Controlling shareholder announces share increase plan

Chongqing Sanfeng Environment Group (SSE:601827) announced that its controlling shareholder, Chongqing Derun Environment, has initiated a plan to increase its stake in the company. On May 22, 2025, Derun Environment acquired 256,300 shares through centralized competitive bidding, amounting to approximately CNY 2.11 million. Building on this initial purchase, Derun Environment intends to further increase its holdings by between CNY 150 million and CNY 300 million within the next 12 months through either block trades or open market purchases. As of the announcement date, Derun Environment directly holds 736,355,300 shares of Chongqing Sanfeng, representing 44.04% of the company's total share capital.
