Tongwei approves 2024 results, elects new board at AGM

(SSE:600438) successfully passed all resolutions, including the 2024 annual report, financial statements, and profit distribution plan. Shareholders elected Liu Shiqi as Chairman and Yan Hu as Vice Chairman of the new ninth board, with the company securing new credit lines and continuing its intra-group guarantee scheme. They reappointed their auditor. The meeting saw participation from shareholders representing 52.0903% of the company's voting shares. Later that day, the newly elected board convened its first meeting, appointing key executives including the reappointment of Liu Shiqi as CEO and the naming of Zhang Lu as Vice President. Tongwei's board also established four special committees and named their members.
