North China Pharmaceutical has announced a strategic move to enhance its financial operations by signing a "Financial Services Agreement" with Jizhong Energy Group Finance Co., Ltd. This agreement, approved by the board and pending shareholder approval, will facilitate a range of financial services including deposits, settlements, credit facilities, and cash management, all designed to optimize capital utilization and reduce financing costs. The term of the agreement is three years.
