Jiangsu Wujin Stainless Steel holds 2024 AGM

Jiangsu Wujin Stainless Steel Pipe Group (SSE:603878) successfully convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 20, 2025. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the 2024 annual report and summary, board and supervisory committee work reports, financial statements, and profit distribution plan. The meeting also approved the appointment of the company's senior management compensation and independent director allowances, the renewal of the company's auditors, and a proposal to apply for a comprehensive credit line from banks. In total, 142 shareholders representing 130,010,829 shares, or 23.1719% of total voting shares, were in attendance.
