Fuling Power approves key resolutions at 2024 AGM

Chongqing Fuling Electric Power Industrial (SSE:600452) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on May 21, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board of Directors' work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board's work report, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2024 profit distribution proposal. Shareholders also approved the company's annual report and its summary, as well as remuneration plans for directors, supervisors, and senior management for both 2024 and 2025. Additionally, shareholders authorized the Board to formulate an interim dividend plan for 2025 and approved the reappointment of financial and internal control audit institutions for 2025, as well as signing a contract energy management project and related-party transactions. All resolutions were passed by a majority vote, with related-party shareholders abstaining from the vote on the relevant transaction.
