Fosun Pharma sets date for 2024 annual general meeting

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group (SSE: 600196) announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting, along with the first A-Share and H-Share class meetings of 2025, on June 24, 2025. The meetings will take place at the Shanghai Greenland Jiading Hotel, with A-shareholders able to participate through on-site or online voting via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's system. Discussions will encompass a range of topics, including the 2024 annual report, board and supervisory committee performance, profit distribution, auditor appointments, director compensation and re-election. There are 22 agenda items, including proposals to amend the company's articles of association and management systems.
