China Pacific Insurance to hold 2024 AGM June 11

China Pacific Insurance Group (CPIC) [SSE:601601] has announced that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on June 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time at the company's headquarters in Shanghai. The AGM will address key items including the review of the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board reports, the approval of the 2024 annual report and financial statements, and proposed profit distribution plans. Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of the 2025 audit firm and general mandates for issuing new shares and repurchasing shares. The company will also receive reports about Board, Supervisory Board and independent director responsibilities, related party transactions and internal trading assessments. Both A-share and H-share shareholders are eligible to participate, either in person or through online voting via the Shanghai Stock Exchange system.
