Bohui Paper: Controlling shareholder releases pledge on shares

Shandong Bohui Paper Industrial (SSE:600966) announced that its controlling shareholder, Bohui Group, has released a pledge on 10 million shares, representing 2.59% of its holdings and 0.75% of the company's total share capital. The release took effect on May 16, 2025. Following the release, Bohui Group and its concert parties collectively hold 652,871,937 shares, accounting for 48.84% of the total share capital, with 399,756,958 shares pledged, representing 61.23% of their holdings and 29.90% of the total share capital. Bohui Group intends to use the shares for further pledge arrangements, and the company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations accordingly. The company stated that Bohui Group has the financial capacity to repay the debt, sourcing funds from operating profits, retained earnings, stock dividends, and investment income.
