The company confirmed that it is unaware of any undisclosed material events that could significantly impact the stock price, including major asset restructurings or strategic partnerships. Beijing Airport High-Tech Park noted that its operations are normal, but its 2024 full-year revenue decreased by 6.73% year-over-year to CNY 48,178.29 million, and it recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of CNY -9,622.51 million. First quarter 2025 revenue decreased 6.13% year-over-year to CNY 15,283.36 million. The company urged investors to exercise caution.
