Wuxi Taiji Industry to invest in equity fund

Wuxi Taiji Industry (SSE:600667) announced its independent directors have approved the company's participation in establishing the Juyuan Qixin Equity Investment Fund (Wuxi) partnership. The decision was made during the tenth board's twenty-sixth meeting, held on May 16, 2025. The independent directors stated the investment aligns with the company's normal business activities, and the terms, including capital contributions and profit-sharing, are fair and reasonable. The investment will be funded from the company's own capital and will not negatively impact operations or shareholder interests.
