Wuxi Shangji Automation approves all resolutions at AGM

Wuxi Shangji Automation (SSE:603185) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Held on May 20, 2025, the meeting saw the approval of all proposed resolutions, including the 2024 Board of Directors work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board work report, independent directors’ reports, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2024 annual report. Approval was also given to the 2024 profit distribution plan, the 2025 director and supervisor compensation plans, and proposals for providing guarantees for subsidiaries. Shareholders also approved plans for entrusted wealth management, the re-engagement of the accounting firm, conducting foreign exchange transactions, and using idle funds for cash management. Furthermore, amendments to the company's registered capital and articles of association were also approved.
