Northern Rare Earth approves all resolutions at 2024 AGM

China Northern Rare Earth Group High-Tech (SSE:600111) convened its 2024 annual general meeting on May 19, 2025, where all resolutions were successfully passed. Key agenda items included the approval of the 2024 Annual Report and Summary, the Board of Directors' work report, the Supervisory Board's work report, and the 2024 financial statements. Shareholders also approved the 2025 financial budget, profit distribution plan for 2024, and the continuation of the current accounting firm. Furthermore, the meeting addressed the execution of daily related transactions for 2024 and estimated transactions for 2025, along with the application for a CNY 2025 comprehensive credit line.
