Micro-Tech (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (SSE:688029) successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting on May 20, 2025, at its Nanjing headquarters, with 135 shareholders and proxies representing 60.7603% of the company's total voting rights. Shareholders approved all resolutions, including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee work reports, the 2024 financial statements, the 2025 budget, and the 2024 annual report. Notably, the proposed 2024 profit distribution plan and the confirmation of director and supervisor compensation were also approved.
