Kweichow Moutai approves annual profit distribution plan

Kweichow Moutai (SSE:600519) announced the results of its 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting, highlighting the approval of its annual profit distribution plan. Shareholders greenlit the proposal to distribute a cash dividend of CNY 276.24 per 10 shares (pre-tax), totaling CNY 34,671,299,522.40. The meeting, held on May 19, 2025, also saw the election of Zhou Xue as a director and approved the 2024 Board of Directors and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 annual report, financial budget, and the engagement of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants as the company’s 2025 auditor.
