Hengfeng Paper shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper (SSE:600356) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 19, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board of Directors' Work Report, the 2024 Supervisory Board's Work Report, the 2024 financial statements and the 2025 financial budget report. Shareholders also approved the 2024 annual report, the 2024 profit distribution plan, the reappointment of Tianjian Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditors, and the projected amount of daily related transactions for 2025. Director and supervisor compensation for 2025 were also approved. A total of 101 shareholders and proxies attended, representing 33.9590% of the company's total voting shares. All resolutions were passed with over 99% approval from A-share holders, with Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper Group abstaining from voting on the related transaction matter.
