China Unicom proposes CNY 19.42bn final dividend

China United Network Communications (China Unicom) has released the agenda for its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for May 27, 2025. Key proposals include the approval of the 2024 financial results and a final dividend plan of CNY 19.42 billion, or CNY 0.621 per 10 shares (tax inclusive), to shareholders on record as of the equity distribution record date. The total proposed dividend for the year, including an interim dividend, amounts to CNY 49.42 billion, or CNY 1.58 per 10 shares.
