China Shenhua Energy sets date for shareholder meetings

China Shenhua Energy has announced the dates and details for its upcoming shareholder meetings. The 2024 Annual General Meeting and the 2025 first A-share Class Shareholders Meeting will both take place on June 20, 2025, in Beijing. A-shareholders of record by close of trading on June 17, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote. The meetings will address key issues including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board reports, financial results, profit distribution, director and supervisor compensation, the reappointment of the external auditor for 2025, the shareholder return plan for 2025-2027, and the authorization for the board to repurchase H-shares. A-shareholders can participate through on-site voting or via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's online voting system.
