Beijing Airport High-Tech Park (SSE:600463) announced the successful conclusion of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 19, 2025. Shareholders holding 62.7739% of the company's voting shares were in attendance. Key resolutions approved include the provision for impairment losses on long-term equity investments for 2024, the 2024 annual report and summary, the 2024 board of directors' work report, the 2024 supervisory board work report, the 2024 financial settlement report, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. A proposal concerning the 2024 performance report of independent directors was also approved.
