AMEC announces initial recipient list for stock incentive plan

Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment (China) (SSE:688012) announced the results of its initial internal review of the candidate pool for the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan. On April 17, 2025, the company’s Remuneration and Appraisal Committee approved the plan and its summary. The list, disclosed from May 8 to May 18, triggered no objections. According to the announcement, the board's Remuneration and Assessment Committee confirmed that all individuals on the list meet the required qualifications stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, and the plan itself. The individuals do not include supervisors, independent directors, or shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares. The committee affirmed the eligibility and validity of the candidates as recipients of the incentive plan.
