MCC new contract value declines 24.9% year-on-year

Metallurgical Corporation of China (SSE:601618) announced that the total value of new contracts signed between January and April 2025 reached CNY3,084.0 billion, a 24.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. Overseas contracts accounted for CNY192.9 billion, a 7.7% year-on-year decrease. The announcement highlighted several significant projects with individual contract values exceeding CNY10 billion. Key projects include the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone Cuihu Area Integrated Development Project (CNY120.0 billion), the Weicheng District Jian滩New Village Slum Reconstruction Project (Phase I) EPC General Contract (CNY14.0 billion).
