Jilin Forest sets investment budget for new project

Jilin Forest Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600189) announced that it has determined the investment budget for its new project, "Quanyangquan Production Base (Second Factory Area) Production Supporting Facilities," to be CNY 60,222,966.26. This follows the approval of adjustments to the use of raised funds at previous board meetings, including the reallocation of CNY 4,953,000 from the original "Sales Channel Construction" project. The current budget is CNY 6,680,000.00 lower than the preliminary investment estimate disclosed earlier, representing a 9.85% reduction. The company stated that the adjustment doesn't impact the total raised capital investment amount and will control the project cost. The announcement was made on May 16, 2025.
