Hualing Xingma: Reorganization share transfer progress update

Hualing Xingma Automobile Group (SSE:600375) today announced updates regarding the transfer of shares related to its reorganization plan, which was initially approved in December 2024. The company has applied to the court for the judicial transfer of 69,804,450 shares, representing 4.35% of the total share capital, from the dedicated bankruptcy asset disposal account to relevant creditors to offset debts as stipulated in the reorganization plan. Following this transfer, the remaining shares in the special disposal account are 129,615,304, accounting for 8.09% of the total share capital.
