Dongfeng Auto announces 2024 results, plans for 2025

Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. (SSE:600006) will convene its 2024 annual shareholders meeting to discuss key performance results and future strategies. Despite a 9.38% year-over-year decrease in revenue, totaling CNY 10.937 billion for 2024, the company reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of CNY 29.162 million. Looking ahead to 2025, Dongfeng aims to achieve automobile sales of 185,000 vehicles and generate a revenue of CNY 15.4 billion. Key initiatives include optimizing product management, strengthening core technologies, and focusing on efficiency improvements across the value chain. The company also plans a cash dividend distribution of CNY 0.05 per 10 shares. Shareholders will also vote on replacing a member of the board of directors.
