China Eastern Airlines shareholder completes reduction plan

China Eastern Airlines Corp (SSE:600115) announced that shareholder Shanghai Juneyao (Group) Co., Ltd. has completed its planned reduction of shares. Between February 14, 2025, and May 13, 2025, Juneyao Group sold 28,678,340 shares via centralized bidding through the Shanghai Stock Exchange, representing 0.13% of the company's total share capital. The shares were sold at prices ranging from CNY3.70 to CNY3.87 per share, generating a total of CNY107,769,978.93. Following the share reduction, Juneyao Group no longer holds any shares in China Eastern Airlines. Juneyao Group's associated companies still collectively own 6.30% of the shares.
