Aiko Solar provides CNY 1.5bn guarantee for subsidiary

Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy (SSE:600732) announced it will provide a guarantee for its subsidiary, Zhuhai Fusheng Aiko Solar Technology, for a CNY 1.5 billion comprehensive credit line with Bank of Bohai. This guarantee falls within the approved guarantee amount of CNY 438 million authorized by the company's 2023 annual general meeting. As of the announcement date, the total guarantee amount provided by Aiko Solar for its subsidiaries, including the new guarantee, stands at CNY 260.12 billion. The Zhuhai Fusheng Aiko subsidiary, a key component of the group's solar energy business, reported total assets of CNY 140.93 billion and a net profit of CNY 0.77 billion for the period ending March 31, 2025.
