Huayou Cobalt provides guarantees totaling CNY 161.5m

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SSE:603799) disclosed the progress of its external guarantees, revealing that new guarantees totaling CNY 161.5 million were provided in April 2025. The guarantees were extended to five subsidiaries and primarily aim to support financing needs. Specifically, CNY 71.5 million was allocated to two subsidiaries with asset-liability ratios exceeding 70%, while CNY 90 million went to three subsidiaries with lower ratios. As of April 30, 2025, the company's total outstanding external guarantees stood at CNY 8,126,421.86 million, primarily for its controlled subsidiaries and their affiliates. The company's board of directors approved the guarantee plan.
