Founder Securities: He Ya'gang resigns as director, president

Founder Securities (SSE:601901) announced the resignation of He Ya'gang from his positions as Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Member of the Executive Committee, and President, effective May 9, 2025. The resignation is due to He Ya'gang's retirement. The company confirmed that there are no disagreements with He Ya'gang and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
