Qingshan Paper shareholders approve 2024 reports and proposals

Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry (SSE:600103) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 9, 2025. Shareholders holding 672,418,608 shares, representing 29.8421% of the company's total voting shares, attended the meeting. All proposed resolutions were approved, including the 2024 Board of Directors work report, the 2024 Supervisory Board work report, and the 2024 annual financial budget report. Independent director's performance reports and the 2024 annual profit distribution plan were also approved with over 99% of votes in favor. Furthermore, the meeting approved the re-appointment of the accounting firm and a plan for applying for a comprehensive credit line from banks in 2025. The meeting was legally witnessed by Fujian Zhili Law Firm.
