Jiangxi Copper Group increases stake in Jiangxi Copper Co.

Jiangxi Copper Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600362) has increased its stake in Jiangxi Copper Co. to 45.00%. According to a simplified report on changes in equity, the group acquired 7,430,000 H shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Hong Kong Stock Connect program. The purchases, made before May 9, 2025, increased the group's holdings from 1,550,799,110 shares to 1,558,229,110 shares. The group stated it may continue to increase its holdings in the next 12 months. Jiangxi Copper Group confirmed that it holds 16,200,000 shares of China Ruilin Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:603257.SH), approximately 18.00% of its total share capital.
