Hile Bio-Tech: Shareholder's stake dips below 5%

Shanghai Hile Bio-Technology (SSE:603718) announced that shareholder Zhang Le has reduced his holdings, resulting in his and his concert party no longer holding 5% or more of the company's shares. On May 8, 2025, Zhang Le reduced his holding in Haili Biotech by 6,556,500 shares through centralized competitive transactions, reducing his holdings from 12,347,107 shares to 5,790,607 shares, and his shareholding ratio dropped from 1.88315% to 0.88317%. Together with the shareholding of Fang Wenyan, the concert party, their combined holdings dropped from 5.99997% to 4.99999%. The company clarified that this change in equity will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company.
