BAIC BluePark approves prior fundraising report, schedules shareholder meeting

BAIC BluePark New Energy Technology (SSE:600733) announced the resolutions of its 7th meeting of the 11th Supervisory Committee and the notice for its 2024 annual shareholder meeting. The supervisory board reviewed and approved the report on the company's previous fundraising activities. The report details the allocation of funds raised in 2021 via private placement of shares totaling CNY549,999.99, as well as the funds raised in 2023 through specific share issuances, which totaled CNY6,045,107,283.30.
