Anyuan Coal restructures management, organization after shareholder meeting

Anyuan Coal Industry Group (SSE:600397) has announced several significant changes to its management and organizational structure following its 2024 annual shareholder meeting held on May 9, 2025. Jin Jiangtao will no longer serve as General Manager. Yang Yinglin, Deputy General Manager, has been authorized to temporarily fulfill the duties of General Manager until a permanent replacement is appointed. The company is actively searching for and will appoint a new General Manager in accordance with regulations.
