Zhenhai Petrochemical shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

Zhenhai Petrochemical Engineering (SSE:603637) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting held on May 8, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 annual report and its summary, the board and supervisory committee work reports, the internal control self-assessment report, and the 2024 financial statements. Shareholders also approved the proposed 2024 profit distribution plan. In addition, the reappointment of the auditing firm for the 2025 financial statements and internal controls was ratified, alongside authorization to use idle company funds for entrusted wealth management. Compensation packages for non-independent directors, independent directors and supervisors were confirmed. The meeting was attended by 103 shareholders and proxies representing 62,999,596 shares, accounting for 26.3943% of the company's total voting shares. The resolutions were legally witnessed by Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm.
