Hile Bio-Tech shareholder equity change triggers notice

Shanghai Hile Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:603718) disclosed that shareholders, Fang Zhangle and Fang Wenyan, acting in concert, experienced a change in their combined equity stake exceeding an integer multiple of 1%. The announcement, dated May 9, 2025, revealed that Fang Zhangle's individual shareholding decreased from 2.49% to 1.88%. Consequently, their combined holdings fell from 6.61% to 6.00%. The change in equity involved a reduction of 3,973,000 shares through centralized competitive trading on May 7, 2025. This transaction resulted in a 0.61% decrease in the shareholder's stake.
