Longi Green Energy increases guarantees for subsidiaries

Longi Green Energy Technology (SSE:601012) announced increased guarantee amounts for its wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries. The recent increase totals CNY 1,425.74 million. As of April 30, 2025, the cumulative guarantee amount provided by Longi and its subsidiaries reached CNY 23.773 billion, representing 39.04% of the company's latest audited net assets attributable to the parent company. Guarantees between the company and its consolidated subsidiaries amount to CNY 23.422 billion, while external guarantees are CNY 351 million. The guarantees support the subsidiaries' operations, with some having liabilities over 70%. These guarantees remain within previously approved limits by the board and shareholders.
