Gree Real Estate elects new chairman, appoints executive team

Gree Real Estate (SSE:600185) announced the election of Guo Lingyong as the new Chairman of the Board at its third extraordinary general meeting held on May 8, 2025. This decision, made to ensure the board's continued effective functioning, was ratified at the thirty-fourth meeting of the eighth session of the board. Additionally, Li Xiangdong was appointed as the new President, and Hu Yubo and Li Hang were appointed as Vice Presidents, all effective from the board’s approval date and lasting until the end of the eighth board session. Concurrently, the company announced the resignation of Zhou Youfen from their positions as director, vice president, and roles in subsidiaries due to personal reasons. The board also filled vacancies on its strategy and brand & ESG committees with the additions of Guo Lingyong and Li Xiangdong, ensuring ongoing strategic oversight.
