COSCO SHIPPING Holdings (SSE:601919) announced a series of share repurchase activities on May 8, 2025. The company repurchased 8,489,500 A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a total of RMB 103,682,480 and 1,018,000 shares for RMB 14,976,950. The price per share ranged between RMB 14.66 and RMB 14.77. In Hong Kong, 8,489,500 H shares were repurchased on May 8 for HKD 103,682,480. The price per share ranged between HKD 12.14 and HKD 12.32. All shares will be cancelled.
