Airport High-Tech Park subsidiary reaches settlement in construction dispute

Beijing Airport High-Tech Park (SSE:600463) announced that its subsidiary, Beijing Tianyuan Construction, has reached a settlement with Taiping Health Pension (Beijing) Co., Ltd. regarding a construction contract dispute. The Shunyi District People's Court mediated the settlement, with the court issuing a civil mediation document. The dispute involved unpaid construction fees for the Contemporary Cloud Realm MOMA Phase I project, totaling CNY 30,369,158.81. According to the settlement, Taiping Health Pension will pay Tianyuan Construction in installments by February 2026, subject to interest on late payments. The company has already provisioned for bad debts, with potential reversals contingent on the successful execution of the settlement. As of the announcement date, accumulated litigation involving the company totals CNY 11,060.12 million.
