Tianrun Dairy receives CNY 7.36m in government subsidies

Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy (SSE:600419) announced today that it has received CNY 7.36 million in government subsidies on April 30, 2025. These subsidies, categorized as income-related, represent 16.86% of the company’s audited net profit attributable to shareholders in 2024. The subsidies, provided by the 12th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau, are earmarked for high-quality dairy cattle farming, feed, spray drying, and cheese processing subsidies as part of the Bureau's policy, document number 10 from 2024. Tianrun Dairy plans to directly recognize the subsidies in profit or loss or to offset relevant costs, which is expected to have a positive impact on the company's 2025 financial results. The final accounting treatment and impact on profits will be subject to the auditor's annual review.
