Sinotrans appoints Gao Xiang as new general manager

China Foreign Transportation Co., Ltd. (Sinotrans) announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Gao Xiang as General Manager. This decision was made during the company's Fourth Session of the Board's Eleventh Meeting, held on May 7, 2025. Mr. Gao's term will last until the end of the Fourth Board session. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Gao held the position of Deputy General Manager and Chief Digital Officer at Sinotrans. The announcement also confirms that Mr. Gao holds 300,000 shares of Sinotrans A-shares and has no affiliations with the company’s directors, supervisors, senior management, actual controller, or shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares that would disqualify him from the role.
