Sanan Optoelectronics (SSE:600703) announced it has repurchased 50,067,021 company shares through centralized bidding transactions, representing approximately 1.0035% of the company's total share capital, as of April 30, 2025. The company spent a total of CNY 601,149,314.81 (excluding transaction costs), with prices ranging between CNY 11.59 and CNY 12.33 per share. The repurchase, approved on April 9, 2025, remains within the bounds of the previously announced repurchase plan. Sanan Optoelectronics says it will continue to implement the repurchase plan and will disclose the progress in a timely manner.
