Bank of Jiangsu acquires rural bank, establishes branches

Bank of Jiangsu announced it has received approval from the China National Administration of Financial Supervision's Zhenjiang Regulatory Bureau to acquire Jiangsu Danyang Suyin Rural Bank Co., Ltd. This acquisition will allow the bank to assume all assets, liabilities, business, and personnel of the rural bank.
