Fosun Pharma continues share repurchase program

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group (SSE:600196) announced continued progress in its ongoing share repurchase programs. For its A-share repurchase, the company bought back 5,697,252 shares in April, representing 0.2133% of its total share capital, at prices ranging from CNY23.34 to CNY24.03 per share, for a total of CNY13,498.47 million. Cumulatively, under the A-share repurchase plan, Fosun Pharma has repurchased 7,310,552 shares, accounting for 0.2737% of total share capital, at an average cost of CNY23.34 to CNY25.39 per share, with a total expenditure of CNY17,497.88 million.
